What is The Work? The Work is a simple tool, developed by Byron Katie, that we can use
when we feel anxious, hurt or sad. It is easy to learn and helps bring us back to a
state of serenity where we have peace of mind. More information on The Work here.

that brings you back to inner peace, this class is for you. You will learn how to use
