                     can it help you to bring joy and peace back in your life 
                     and particularly into those areas that you perceive as 
                     stressful, fearful or disturbing. 
                     Through the exercises which we do, you can experience 
                      for yourself, how The Work can bring peace in your life.

Curriculum:   The Work - Prescription for Happiness
                       "Happiness is our nature, not something we need to

                        Discovering the "true story" behind the story we carry
                        in our memory is the best way to release believes that
                        cause us fear, anger or disappointment.
                        Through exercises you will learn how to use this powerful 
                        tool, called "The Work" to cut through illusion. Stripped off 
                        the false  believes, you will be left with the experience of 
                        your clarity, your happiness and your peace of mind.
