This personal retreat (one person at a time!) is for those who want to find back to their inherent joy of life and who are willing to look at their limiting beliefs which cause them stress and suffering. Having worked as Life Transition Coach for over thirty years and being a Certified Facilitator or The Work of Byron Katie, I will help you drop the stress in your body and in your mind. 

Bring your stressful thoughts to the table. We will have time to thoroughly work through and release them. Those thoughts can be about anything that bothers your, for instance: 
 - aging, appearance, body
 - shame, insecurity
 - relationships (parents, children, siblings, partners)
 - loss of a beloved one

Offer yourself five days of exploring your inner landscape, of releasing stressful thoughts and of finding back your inherent joy and strength of your body.

"Sylvia runs a fantastic retreat. She puts you up in your own private upstairs apartment in her house complete with a bedroom, kitchen, living room, dining room and a bathroom. The schedule is relaxed; there's enough buffer time around activities for you not to feel rushed. I spent most of my downtime reading Byron Katie's books which Sylvia provided. A hidden perk of Sylvia's retreat is the morning beach trip with a  Morning Walk with instructions from Byron Katie, followed by breakfast and unstructured time on the beach. I spent all of my unstructured beach time swimming in the gulf's 88 degree gently swaying water. It's an opportunity that doesn't come around often. 

The crown jewel of the retreat is, of course, the two daily sessions of the Work of Byron Katie facilitated by Sylvia. With Sylvia's help I was able to see through a toxic self-limiting belief that has been holding me back for as long as I can remember. Things have started to come into focus since then. Sylvia has a knack for helping you disabuse yourself of the roadblocks in the process of working through a worksheet as well. She holds a gentle but clarity focused presence. 
I was very pleased with my retreat in Sep 2022 and I would do it again."
